Whether you are just starting or close to finishing your adventure in teaching,
I hope you will find some ideas and inspiration in this website.
My name is Anna Gregory, and I'm an experienced teacher with a lot of tips
to share with you. The information, ideas, and techniques will target
grades K-12. I hope you will contribute and share your ideas with us. Some
of the information (reading, ESL, classroom management, discipline,
lesson plans) you will find covers K-adult levels with minor modifications.
If you're just starting out as a teacher or if you are a veteran teacher,
this site will have lots of timesaving & sanity-saving
ideasfor you!
As teachers, we need to go over ideas many times before we are ready to implement
new techniques. Often, one suggestion will trigger in our minds another
idea that will work for us. Reread the articles more than once and be sure
to check the articles often as additions are made often. Each Article's
topic has its own tips that include management,
discipline, and techniques, and more. For example, classroom management
ideas are found in many articles- Discipline, Techniques, Writing,
Reading...and so on.
Be sure visit Dear Anna, Help! (see
left column) as this is the place where you can read my answers
to questions asked by other teachers.
